also is not
an English major so please excuse any errors in grammar etc. etc.

book is NOT a 247 page composition. To get these simple, yet very effective ideas across,
it was not necessary to write a big, thick novel.

book does NOT include any major exercise program. For example: going to the gym 3 hours
a day, or purchasing expensive exercise or work-out equipment is NOT mentioned
anywhere.

There
is NO recommendation for "diet drinks", weight-loss pills, metabolism speeders,
or
complicated food plans or menus to follow.

There
is no money back guarantee - only for the reason that it is absolutely NOT necessary.
If the suggestions in this book are followed, you WILL reduce your weight/size. It
